Greater Eugene -- in west central Oregon’s Lane County -- stokes up with more than 75 restaurants, cafes, brew pubs and coffee houses to keep things hopping. Mexican and Salvadoran dishes mix on the menu at Taco Loco, a family-own operation with vegetarian options and what some claim to be the best margaritas in town.
